About Nscale
Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.
We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.
About the Role
We're hiring Technical Program Managers to drive network delivery for Nscale's GPU cloud build-out across the United States. You'll join our Deployment organization, a build org that owns every step from hardware arrival on site through to customer acceptance.
You'll own the plan for getting cluster, data center, and WAN networking built, validated, and handed to customers on schedule, working closely with Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, carriers, and vendors. The role involves regular travel to our US sites.
What You'll be Doing
- Own end-to-end network delivery for new GPU cluster builds and expansions, from hardware arrival through installation, configuration, validation, and customer acceptance.
- Turn reference designs and BOMs into build plans with clear milestones, owners, and readiness gates.
- Track dependencies across switches, optics, structured cabling, WAN circuits, and site readiness; surface risks early and drive them to closure.
- Coordinate Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, SRE, and on-site contractors.
- Manage network hardware vendors, integrators, and carriers through ordering, delivery, provisioning, and issue resolution.
- Build the processes, dashboards, and reporting that make delivery predictable as we scale.
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and customers.
About You
- 5+ years in technical program management or network engineering, delivering data center, cloud, or WAN network infrastructure.
- Experience at a hyperscaler or major network vendor (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, Oracle/OCI, Cisco) or a comparable large-scale environment.
- Solid technical understanding of cluster and data center networking and routing: Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, optics, and structured cabling.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder builds with hardware, vendor, and site dependencies.
- Strong planning, risk management, and dependency tracking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel to US sites as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering networking for large GPU clusters, HPC, or AI training environments.
- WAN delivery experience with carriers, dark fiber, peering, or IXPs.
- Familiarity with HPC network topologies (Fat Tree, Rail) and 400G/800G optics.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
Why this role matters
Customers can't use a GPU cluster until its network is built and proven. This role is how Nscale turns hardware on the loading dock into capacity customers accept, quickly and right the first time.
