Position Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage reception activities and provide courteous assistance to visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of handling routine front desk and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries accurately.
- Provide general company information and respond to basic questions.
- Record messages and communicate them to the appropriate recipients.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain an orderly and professional reception area.
- Help organize front desk documents and routine records.
- Communicate visitor or scheduling updates to relevant team members.
