Trusted by over one million families and backed by $125M in funding, we're building an entirely new category: predictive parenting intelligence. Here, your work directly impacts millions of families. Our team of scientists, engineers, and parents is small but mighty - we share a mission to make early childhood easier, healthier, and more connected. You are comfortable owning a number and building the plan to hit it. - 5 to 8+ years in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail with genuine P&L or revenue accountability - Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketplace and DTC channel management - Startup or high-growth experience where you built the playbook rather than followed one - MBA a plus; bilingual in French an asset Why You’ll Love Working Here: - Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need) - Equity options so you can share in our growth - Paid parental leave for all new parents - Employee discounts on Nanit products - Work from home stipend - Monthly team events EEO, Salary and Location: This is a remote role based in Canada, ideally within the Eastern Time Zone, with travel required across the country as needed and occasional visits to our corporate office in New York City Salary Range: CAD $175,000 to $210,000 in base salary, plus a sales bonus, equity, and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
