Summary Voyager Technologies is seeking a Workday Administrator, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Workforce Systems & Payroll. The Workday Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation, configuration, and support of the Workday system, ensuring accurate data, smooth business process flow, and timely resolution of user issues. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from any US location. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine system configuration changes, including business process updates, security role assignments, and report/dashboard builds - Monitor and troubleshoot daily system issues, EIB errors, and integration failures; escalate complex architectural issues as needed - Manage system security, including role-based access, segregation of duties, and periodic access audits - Support bi-annual Workday release testing, regression testing, and documentation of new features - Build and maintain custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields to support HR and Payroll reporting needs - Process and audit data loads (EIBs) for mass changes, new hire batches, org restructures, and compensation updates - Serve as first-line support for end users and HRBPs, resolving tickets related to Workday functionality - Maintain configuration documentation, business process maps, and standard operating procedures - Support open enrollment, compensation review cycles, and other seasonal HR processes within Workday - Partner with the Workday Architect on testing and rollout of larger configuration or integration changes Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience - Solid understanding of Workday business process framework, security groups, and report writing - Experience with EIB loads, calculated fields, and basic troubleshooting of integration issues - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive HR/payroll data - Ability to manage multiple support tickets and configuration requests simultaneously Preferred Certifications: - Workday Pro certification a plus Travel: Occasional annual travel for team events 5-10% The good faith base salary range for this role is $ 80,000-115,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
