We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in management, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing multiple locations and territories. The ideal candidate possesses genuine customer service skills, a track record of successful sales, and a deep commitment to fostering a positive team culture through mentorship. As the Regional Vice President (RVP), you will report directly to our VP of Sales and play a pivotal role in ensuring the achievement of sales goals, maintaining operational consistency across all locations, and upholding our organizational culture. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning teams with our values and standards while driving overall success. Department: Sales Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the district sales team. - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Implement data-driven strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize sales outcomes. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit experience, demonstrating successful oversight of multiple - locations within the fitness industry. - Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written. - Relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions. - Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training. - Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel. - Demonstrates excellent time management skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities, and - maintains proficiency in meticulous record-keeping. - Identifying and resolving challenges through effective problem-solving techniques. - And, of course, someone who embraces our Core Values! - Job Duty Requirements: - Must successfully pass Background Check. - Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk throughout the workday. - Must be willing/able to travel 50%-70% of the time. - Use of personal vehicles for local locations with relevant reimbursement. - Available to respond to urgent matters outside of standard business hours.
