What You’ll Do Welcome and guide clients—both in the showroom and through digital channels—with a consultative, no-pressure approach Uncover needs and match them to the right Bentley models, features, and options Conduct polished walkarounds, test drives, and feature presentations Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless, white-glove buying experience Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional follow-up that drives referrals and repeat business Stay sharp on product knowledge, current inventory, and promotions Help maintain a pristine presentation of our inventory and meet performance goals Who We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of helping people Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a professional presence Comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales technology Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends) Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience is a plus—but not required.
