You get in front of the camera, explain AI in a way that gets people excited, and build both brand and conversions at the same time. The challenge: we’re B2B, but we want to build ourselves like a consumer brand.   WHAT YOU’LL DO - Regularly produce content for TikTok and Instagram: short, entertaining videos about AI, automation, and our products - Contribute ideas, help develop formats, and understand what performs - Think brand and conversion together: you know that great content can do both - Work closely with our Creative Strategist   WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - You feel at home in front of the camera and you’re entertaining on it - You’re excited about AI and the whole space, not just casually interested - Native-level Spanish + good English skills   WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive salary: €45,000–€60,000 - Equity: you’re helping build this, so you should get a piece of it - Equipment of your choice: whatever makes you happy - Lunch & dinner on us: We cover your lunch and dinner every day, plus unlimited drinks and snacks.   APPLICATION PROCESS 1. 15-min intro call 2. 30-min skill interview 3. 20-min culture fit
