We look for team members that are not only strong in their own aptitudes but also who care deeply about EVERSANA, our people, clients and most importantly, the patients we serve.   We are EVERSANA.     Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:   - Provide project management support to implement project plan activities in all systems/tools. - Ensure activities follow health, safety, and regulatory standards or standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Coordinate communication with team members, vendors and external stakeholders. - Maintain accurate project files, tracking systems, and records with high attention to detail. - Oversee onboarding activities, including Roster Management and Project set up in systems (Concur/SalesForce). - Manage/maintain all onboarding/offboarding tracking tasks of project teams in a timely and accurate manner. - Support all cross-functional tasks (e.g., CRM, Incentive Compensation, Data, Reporting) to establish project needs for end-to-end project life cycle. - Bridge communication with internal workstreams on documented project development strategies and milestones/deliverables. - Attend and participate in all internal and external project calls as directed. - Utilize a systematic and repeatable approach to evaluate business opportunities, identifying and removing organizational barriers. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in operational execution. - Participate in status review meetings and formal project review. - Work directly with the Client Engagement Director to drive issues to resolution. - Escalate unresolved issues to management with recommended mitigation strategies. - Ensure administrative needs are met and manage interdependencies with other projects. - Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and modeling inclusive behaviors. - Proactively manage bias in team interactions and decision-making processes. - Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the department. - Strong aptitude towards usage of automated systems. - Strong analytical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as SmartSheet. - Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.  - All other duties as assigned EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB: - Travel (5% ) - Hours (40 hours per week,Monday-Friday)The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in client services, operational management, or account manager role. - Leverage knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations team. - Foster an inclusive work environment by adapting communication styles to accommodate diverse values and backgrounds. - Actively engage with team members and clients from various cultures, ensuring respectful interactions and optimizing the benefits of a diverse workforce. - Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions. - Adjust behaviors and approaches based on situational demands and the personalities of team members. - Remain flexible in managing changing priorities and project requirements. - Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them to ensure smooth project execution. - Approach emotional topics with reason and clarity, facilitating constructive discussions. - Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving project goals, even in challenging circumstances. - Exhibit a sense of urgency in completing tasks and be willing to invest extra effort when necessary. - Ensure accuracy in documentation and data management, following detailed procedures meticulously. - Monitor processes closely to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. - Deliver exceptional service to clients, prioritizing their needs and addressing any service challenges promptly. - Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, adapting to various personality types. - Apply project management principles to ensure successful project execution and delivery. - Pursue continuous improvement opportunities through proactive engagement in professional development activities. - Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: BA/BS degree or 3+ years of equivalent/relevant experience. - Excellent oral/written presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills with the flexibility in dealing with different personality types. - Strong customer service and account management skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Fundamental understanding and application of project management principles and skills. - Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements. - The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic.
