Renewals Specialist

Everbridge is seeking a Renewal Specialist. As part of the Account Management team, the Renewal Specialist partners with Account Managers to manage renewals across our customer base. You’ll coordinate the renewal process from forecast through completion, helping customers renew smoothly and on time.   This role calls for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working across teams and directly with customers. By improving renewal processes and handling renewal details, you’ll give Account Managers more time to support customers and help the team achieve its 95% retention goal.
