- Review and validate commissioning reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and operations teams to ensure readiness for energisation and integration testing.
- Manage interface between construction, QA/QC, and operations during the transition to steady-state operations.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting system functionality, reliability, or safety.
- Support lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement of Nscale’s commissioning standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in commissioning / MEP management with considerable experience within data centres, mission-critical, or large infrastructure projects.
- Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent discipline).
- Proven experience managing integrated commissioning of critical power and cooling systems.
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with FAT, SAT, and IST testing for data centre systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
