BAYADA Hospice is seeking compassionate, dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Norwich, VT. This office serves hospice clients throughout Windsor, Orange, and Caledonia counties in Vermont, as well as portions of Grafton County in New Hampshire.

What You'll Do as a Hospice RN
As a BAYADA Hospice Registered Nurse, you'll be an essential member of a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate, individualized care that helps patients remain comfortable in their homes while supporting their quality of life and dignity.
Responsibilities include:
- Making home visits to hospice clients within your assigned geographic territory.
- Providing skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort-focused care.
- Assessing patients' conditions and communicating changes to the appropriate clinical team members.
- Implementing and documenting physician orders accurately and promptly.
- Performing patient assessments and helping coordinate individualized plans of care.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families throughout the hospice journey.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont and New Hampshire.
- At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related area.
- Previous home health and/or hospice experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills; electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area.
- A compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Compensation: $45–$55 per hour, based on experience.
