You will then develop a treatment plan for each patient that reflects results of the evaluation and makes recommendations for treatment. - Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will keep medical records up to date, complete and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines for patients served.  - You will be part of a great team! You will work closely in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve process and clinical treatment.  - Keeps medical records up to date, complete and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines for patients served.  - Meets productivity standards of the department.  - Is accurate and timely in charging for therapy services provided per department process.  - Participates in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve process and clinical treatment.  What’s Required     - Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association. - Certification in Occupational Therapy (Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration) - Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist Are you Munson Material?
