You will be: - analysing requirements and estimating development effort, - building, maintaining, and enhancing applications and interfaces, - performing unit and integration testing, - providing third-line support and maintaining technical documentation, - working in an Agile environment, following methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, - working on-site in Zurich for up to 40% of the time. Your profile: - at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, - experience developing software using open-source technologies, such as Java, - experience developing software within the Microsoft ecosystem, - experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or SAFe, - proficient in German at C1 level or higher and understand Swiss German. Nice to have: - Certifications in SAFe, Scrum, or relevant technologies would be an advantage. Recruitment Process: CV review – HR call – Interview – Client Interview – Decision
