Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Recruiter to help build and scale a high-performing product organization within a fast-growing financial technology environment. In this high-impact role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Product Management positions, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders to attract exceptional talent. You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and guide hiring teams toward informed, data-driven decisions. As a trusted talent advisor, you will influence hiring strategies, provide market intelligence, and ensure a seamless, candidate-first recruitment experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. You will collaborate with cross-functional recruiting partners to continuously improve hiring processes, strengthen talent pipelines, and promote inclusive hiring practices.
