Lead Voice Installer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Voice Installer based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced voice and telecommunications professional to lead the deployment of large-scale voice communication systems across diverse customer environments. In this remote role, with up to 75% travel, you will oversee end-to-end installation projects involving premise-based PBX systems, hosted voice solutions, and VoIP infrastructure. You will coordinate on-site teams, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure reliable, high-quality implementations. Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal support teams, you will manage projects from initial requirements through testing, documentation, and final handoff. You will also mentor junior technicians and contribute to continuous improvements in voice technology delivery.
