E-Learning Instructional Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Slovenia. This is an opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented instructional designer to transform complex information into engaging, effective digital learning experiences. In this fully remote, six-month contract role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop interactive learning content for an Australian organization. You’ll combine instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology to create resources that are accessible, visually appealing, and aligned with learning objectives. From storyboarding and content development to LMS implementation and quality assurance, you’ll contribute throughout the learning development lifecycle. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve existing programs, explore emerging learning technologies, and recommend innovative approaches.
