Director, Security Suite Product Management

Our partner is looking for a Director, Security Suite Product Management based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on product leader to shape the future of retail security technology and intelligent store operations. You will own the vision, roadmap, commercialization, and business performance of a product portfolio spanning loss prevention, produce recognition, computer vision, video security, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled solutions. Combining customer insight with strong commercial judgment, you will transform complex retailer challenges into scalable products that deliver measurable business value. You will lead and develop a high-performing product management team while collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Customer Success. From early discovery and rapid experimentation through launch and portfolio expansion, you will drive product decisions that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and sustainable growth.
