Director of Construction Delivery

Overview We are seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee the delivery of a growing portfolio of mission-critical data center projects across the United States and internationally. This senior leadership role will drive construction strategy, manage project risks, and ensure delivery excellence across both leased facilities and ground-up developments. You will oversee complex construction programs, negotiate major contracts, and manage budgets exceeding $25 million. Working closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, regional construction managers, and external partners, you will ensure projects meet cost, schedule, quality, and operational readiness objectives. The role offers the opportunity to shape construction delivery processes within a rapidly growing cloud infrastructure business.
