Welcome to Bosch. - Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries. - Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Prepare and manage HR-related documents, letters, and reports. - Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities. - Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. - Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities. - Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed. - Assist with performance management and employee development activities. - Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information. - Support HR audits and ensure compliance with applicable company policies and regulations. - Perform other HR-related tasks as required. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of HR processes and employment practices. - Experience with HRMS or other HR tools. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
