Organization Name Signode India Limited Position Title Executive - Operations Reports to Business Head Grade E2 / E3 Department IPS Job Location/Country Rajkot (Gujarat) Team Size - Travel Occasional Position Summary: The Operation Executive responsible for Running Punching / Printing machines/ Stitching machines , thus ensuring overall Production / Productivity. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day production and shop-floor operations. - Ensure efficient operation and maximum uptime of production machines. - Plan production schedules in coordination with the Sales team. - Ensure timely preventive and routine machine maintenance. - Manage raw materials, inventory, WIP, and stock requirements. - Allocate manpower and supervise operators for optimal productivity. - Ensure product quality, inspection, and process compliance. - Maintain high standards of people and machine safety. - Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS, 5S, EMS, and housekeeping standards. - Support product/production costing and cost-control activities. - Experience with wood, corrugated packaging, pallets, cartons, or related processing machinery is preferred. - Exposure to printing, punching, stitching, corrugation, or similar manufacturing equipment would be an advantage. Candidate Profile: Qualification & Certification (if applicable Diploma Graduate (Preferably Mech, IP, Auto, Electronics). Good academic records, 60 % & above all academics Experience At least 5+ years of relevant experience Communication & Language Proficiency Strong verbal communication skills Simple, clear and customer-centric communication Having good idea about Wood and corrugation processing machines.
