Analytics Lead

We are currently seeking a hands-on Analytics Lead  who can bridge the gap between analytical use cases and technical solutions and further develop our Analytics Engineer practice. Let's connect over a cup of coffee!    Your responsibilities  As an Analytics Lead, you will:   - Support clients in their journey towards becoming data driven by bridging the gap between business and technology;  - Be able to understand the strategic goals of a company, pinpoint the value of data and understand + communicate the role and value of data in this regard;  - Translate the above in a clear well defined roadmap and understand which approach to use when (pilots & pocs vs roadmap);  - Propose pragmatic yet scalable technical solutions to our clients;  - Navigate beyond Proof of Concept stage to ensure smooth productization;  - Get your hands dirty when needed;   - Provide guidance and mentorship to our team members, fostering inspiration and growth;  - Stay up to date with the latest technologies;
