Role Overview The Senior Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll Analyst will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing enterprise HR and payroll systems within a global business environment. This position combines strong technical expertise with functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Recruiting modules. You will provide day-to-day application support, resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure reliable system performance. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external service partners, you will translate business needs into effective technical and functional solutions. You will also contribute to quarterly release assessments, testing, process improvements, and the adoption of new platform capabilities.
