Senior People Partner

This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR professional to shape people strategies within a dynamic Product Development organization. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will connect business priorities with practical people initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, support sustainable growth, and enable high-performing teams. You will influence critical decisions involving organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, talent management, and organizational change. Working closely with cross-functional People teams, you will use employee feedback, business context, and people analytics to identify challenges and deliver impactful solutions. The role calls for a thoughtful, commercially minded partner who combines sound judgment with empathy and a commitment to inclusive, accountable workplace cultures.
