In this senior individual contributor role, you will manage strategic relationships across enterprise organizations and technology vendors, helping members access the programs, communities, and resources that best support their goals. You will combine hands-on operational coordination with strategic account planning to strengthen participation, satisfaction, and retention. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will turn member feedback and engagement data into actionable improvements.
