Senior Integration Manager (ERP experience required)

Our partner is looking for a Senior Integration Manager (ERP Experience Required) based in the United States. The Senior Integration Manager will lead complex merger and acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives, ensuring acquired businesses are seamlessly aligned with strategic objectives and operational priorities. This role focuses on enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrations, Accounting and Finance, Tax, and Treasury, coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the integration lifecycle. You will translate due diligence findings into comprehensive integration plans, manage project milestones, and proactively address risks to ensure successful execution. Working closely with senior executives, functional leaders, and internal and external stakeholders, you will drive accountability, alignment, and measurable results. You will also help strengthen integration methodologies, develop scalable playbooks, and promote continuous improvement across acquisition-related projects.
