Program Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Director (394) based in the United States. The Program Director will oversee the successful delivery of a complex federal enterprise ServiceNow implementation, coordinating projects and workstreams from initial planning through completion. This role combines strategic program oversight, detailed project management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations, technical standards, and mission objectives. You will manage schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while keeping Government stakeholders and senior leadership informed of progress. Working closely with technical teams, business users, and Government representatives, you will resolve challenges and maintain alignment across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex IT initiatives in structured, fast-paced environments.
