Payroll Specialist

This is an opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple states and locations. In this remote role, you will oversee essential payroll operations, from wage and tax calculations to deductions, reconciliations, and reporting. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees by resolving payroll questions and discrepancies efficiently and professionally. Working closely with Human Resources and Finance teams, you will help maintain reliable payroll records and support audits and year-end activities. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to regulatory compliance and financial accuracy.
