The Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI will drive commercial analytics, data governance, and AI-enabled innovation within a global orthopaedics business. This role combines advanced data analysis, workflow automation, and emerging AI technologies to strengthen commercial performance and customer engagement. You will build reliable datasets, establish standardized KPIs, and develop actionable insights that support lead generation, opportunity management, and sales effectiveness. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Strategy teams, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions. You will also explore generative AI applications that improve commercial productivity while ensuring responsible, secure, and measurable implementation. As a senior analytical partner, you will influence strategic decisions, promote data quality, and mentor colleagues in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
