In this leadership role, you will help maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with payer requirements, and improve processing timelines across the funding cycle. You will provide guidance, training, and quality oversight to Funding Specialists while helping resolve complex cases and operational challenges. Working closely with branch teams, healthcare professionals, clients, and insurance representatives, you will support efficient workflows and reliable funding approvals. This primarily remote position combines hands-on funding expertise with team leadership, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement. Your work will help ensure clients receive the equipment and mobility solutions they need to support greater independence.
