Identify, source and recruit qualified candidates. - Work with hiring managers, group leaders and key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategy to meet hiring goals. - Must have prior recruiting experience, experience in client management and experience utilizing internet, social media and internal databases for developing candidate pipelines. - Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience, be detail and customer service oriented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
