Our client in Roanoke, VA is seeking 10+ individuals for their Customer Care position. The ideal candidate will have great listening skills and a helpful and friendly attitude with customers. Along with a great personality, the manager is seeking someone who meets the following qualifications: HOURS: 8:00AM EST to 4:30PM EST during training. Schedule varies following completion of training. Interested? Please apply today! Interviews will be scheduled in the mid of January, position will start by 1st week of February. - Requires a HS diploma or GED - Up to 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. - Call Center experience.
