And we have fun doing it.   A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Snow + Ice Crew Member, you’ll report to a Site Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Snow + Ice Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.   YOUR IMPACT Champion a safe work environment by following safety protocols, minimizing on-site risks, and reinforcing The Safe Way Is The Right Way Deliver safe and accessible properties by removing snow and ice, applying de-icing materials, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout every snow event Operate equipment properly, maintain snow removal tools, and ensure equipment is ready to use Support efficient snow response by communicating availability and arriving prepared and on time   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The desire to create beauty in a built, outdoor environment Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including shovels and de-icing materials Comfort working in cold and potentially harsh weather conditions A detail-oriented individual who is committed to excellence Being available and arriving on time for snow removal duties   WHAT WE OFFER An inclusive, passionate, and fun work environment Competitive pay and the opportunity to be a member of our Landscape team Great potential for personal and professional growth
