Software Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to guide a development support team responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of a full-stack eCommerce and logistics platform. In this hands-on leadership role, you will combine technical problem-solving with team mentorship, writing production code while resolving complex incidents and improving system architecture. You will oversee production support across PHP, MySQL, and React applications, ensuring customer-impacting issues are addressed efficiently and permanently. Working closely with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering, you will improve monitoring, deployment practices, and developer productivity.
