Servicenow HRSD developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer based in India. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, build, and maintain scalable HR technology solutions. In this role, you will develop and configure HR services, employee-facing portals, case management capabilities, and lifecycle workflows that streamline HR operations and improve the employee experience. You will leverage ServiceNow scripting, automation tools, and integration technologies to connect HR platforms with external enterprise systems. Working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
