M&A Integration and Carve-Out Practitioner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a M&A Integration and Carve-Out Practitioner based in Germany. The M&A Integration and Carve-Out Practitioner will help private equity investors and portfolio company leaders navigate complex technology decisions during mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and business separations. This senior, hands-on role focuses on assessing technology risks, validating transaction assumptions, and building realistic plans for Day 1 readiness and long-term value creation. You will work directly with investment teams, operating partners, and senior technology executives in fast-paced transaction environments where decisions often need to be made with incomplete information. The role spans pre-close diligence, sign-to-close planning, and post-close execution, with opportunities to lead integration or separation workstreams and provide interim technology leadership. Success requires strong operational judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear investment and execution decisions. You will join a collaborative team of experienced practitioners that combines proven methodologies, technology expertise, and data-driven insights to deliver measurable outcomes.
