The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive demand generation and pipeline growth by turning marketing strategies into high-quality, measurable campaigns across multiple channels. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to manage programs from planning and execution through performance analysis and optimization, with increasing ownership and limited supervision. You will work across email marketing, content, social media, events, sales enablement, and marketing automation to reach the right audiences and generate qualified leads. Using HubSpot and performance data, you will improve campaign effectiveness, strengthen marketing operations, and create scalable processes. Close collaboration with Sales and other stakeholders will be essential to ensuring timely execution and meaningful business impact.
