Grid Strategy & Operations Leader

The Grid Strategy & Operations Leader will shape the global strategy and commercial direction of grid integration technologies across a wind turbine portfolio, helping ensure solutions meet evolving customer needs, regulatory requirements, and energy market demands. In this senior leadership role, you will guide a team of Product and Program Managers while connecting engineering innovation with commercial priorities and customer expectations. You will own the multi-generation technology roadmap, prioritize product features, and lead the commercialization of advanced grid integration capabilities. Working closely with engineering, commercial teams, utilities, grid operators, and regulators, you will translate complex technical requirements into clear strategic priorities and compelling customer value propositions. You will also oversee program execution, software development milestones, and testing schedules to ensure alignment with product releases and customer commitments.
