Where You Will Work:
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our fast paced, customer service-oriented marketing team!  You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!
A bit more about what you’ll do…
- Supports digital storefront marketing strategies and programs of improving effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rentals
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional team members.
- Enhances and ensures accurate marketing content and messaging among various digital platforms including websites, kiosks/iPads, Marketing TVs
- Professionally represents Marketing team and company in all communication both written and verbal
- Supports in creating reports, helps analyze data, and communicates findings to supervisor
- Researches and tests marketing concepts
- Helps support working with vendors to research marketing concepts and execute programs
- Works with other members of marketing team to assist with time-sensitive projects
- Monitors business intelligence on industry and competition
- Supports in order placement and setting up programming and devices for community support
- Coordinates with cross-functional team members to accomplish project objectives
- Create reports and communicate findings. Ensure campaigns are on time and on budget.  
- Associate or bachelor's degree with minimum of 1 year of experience in a  marketing position.
- General understanding or exposure to various interactive media platforms, including Adobe AEM, Drone Technology, Kiosks, and 3D Tours preferred.
- Ability to utilize Google Analytics to research and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Confident communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to influence senior executives and business leaders.
- Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward.
- Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities.
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected base salary of $197,000- $215,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
