Location: Wuxi, China Start Date: February 2027 Age Group: Pre-Nursery Position: Early Years Teacher Help our youngest children become confident, curious and resilient learners through purposeful play, exploration and discovery. Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science, established through a partnership with King's College School, Wimbledon and Nanjing Foreign Language School, is seeking an outstanding Teacher of Early Years to join our Kindergarten from February 2027. As our Early Years provision grows, we are opening an additional Pre-Nursery class for children aged 2.5 to 3. Our classes bring together bilingual and international students, with small class sizes of 15–18 children and both Chinese and international educators working together in the classroom. Our approach is built around the belief that how children learn is as important as what they learn. Through play, inquiry and hands-on experiences, children develop confidence, independence, resilience, creativity and positive relationships. Learning takes place both indoors and outdoors, including in our four dedicated garden spaces, giving children daily opportunities to explore, experiment, make choices and learn by doing. Since opening with 750 students, the school has grown to a community of just under 2,000 students. Located in Wuxi's Binhu District, the campus combines modern learning spaces with extensive facilities, including a multi-purpose auditorium, sports complex, 50-metre swimming pool, fitness centre, boathouse and landscaped grounds. Wuxi offers an attractive quality of life, with short commutes, lake scenery and excellent transport connections. The international airport is around 20 minutes from school, while high-speed rail connects Wuxi to Shanghai in approximately 44 minutes.
