HR & Talent Coordinator

Janux Therapeutics is seeking an HR & Talent Coordinator to support a wide range of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition activities. This role is at the center of the employee experience, helping create a seamless journey from candidate interviews through onboarding and beyond. We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment and is eager to learn all aspects of Human Resources. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing details, and supporting employees and candidates with professionalism and care. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional seeking broad exposure across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, benefits, and people programs. The role reports to the Head of Human Resources and works closely with employees, hiring managers, executive assistants, and external partners across the organization.
