About the Role Abramson Labor Group is looking for a Team Supervisor to lead a team in our Workers’ Compensation practice. You will own your team’s performance, making sure every case task moves through each stage of the process on time, in compliance, and to standard. This role suits a hands-on leader who holds people accountable, uses data to manage, and enjoys fixing broken processes. You will partner closely with firm leadership to turn firm-wide goals into team results. Key Responsibilities - Manage performance and compliance for an assigned team, keeping workers’ compensation matters moving through each stage of the process on time and to standard - Hold staff accountable to established procedures by monitoring adherence, addressing gaps, and enforcing expectations consistently - Drive each task or action through to successful completion, as defined by the firm’s conversion goals for the role - Use critical thinking to find bottlenecks, diagnose why tasks stall, and put practical fixes in place - Track team performance metrics, review trends, and coach staff to raise productivity and completion rates - Partner with leadership to align team goals with firm-wide priorities and report on progress - Build a team culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement - Other duties as assigned Required - 1+ years of experience managing teams, ideally in a process-driven or production environment - Proven track record of performance management, including setting expectations, coaching, and addressing underperformance - Experience enforcing procedures, compliance standards, or quality controls - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze a process and improve outcomes - A results-oriented mindset focused on moving tasks to completion - Comfortable using data and metrics to measure performance and drive accountability - Strong communication skills and a confident leadership presence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)Preferred - Experience in professional services such as law, finance, insurance, or healthcare administration - Workers’ compensation or legal case management experience - Experience with conversion, pipeline, or goal-based work (a sales background is not required) - Bachelor’s degree What We Offer: - Competitive pay: $75,000–$85,000, based on experience - Comprehensive benefits: health insurance and retirement plans - Room to grow: real opportunities for professional development and career advancement - A supportive culture: a team built on collaboration, integrity, and excellent client service Meaningful work: help injured workers get the care and support they deserveDepartment Workers' Compensation Employment Type Full Time Location California Workplace type Onsite / Hybrid Compensation $75,000–$85,000, based on experience #ZR
