Packard Culligan, a leader in residential and commercial water solutions, is seeking a Bottled Water Production Technician to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN. We are committed to helping our employees grow through training and certification opportunities, including Certified Plant Operator (CPO), Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), and HACCP Certification.
What You'll Do
As a Bottled Water Production Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production facility operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor bottled water production equipment
- Inspect bottles and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot production line issues, clear jams, and reset equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production and warehouse environment
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and quality control standards
- Assist with plant housekeeping and facility cleanliness to support food-grade production requirements
- Receive, organize, and track production materials and warehouse inventory
- Assist with ordering production supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels
- Coordinate and schedule incoming deliveries and production materials as needed
- Prepare and stage products for customer deliveries and route loading
- Learn and assist with basic water treatment and water chemistry processes
- Operate a forklift safely (training and certification provided)
- Communicate production concerns, inventory needs, and equipment issues to the Production Lead
- Lift and move products up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Warehouse, manufacturing, production, inventory, or forklift experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and obtain industry certifications

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Early morning shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
