Role Summary/Purpose The Inside Sales Leader – Mining Aftermarket Parts is responsible for achieving and driving capability improvements in quarterly order bookings goals, price maintenance for all aftermarket products for compliance and profitability, and forecasting of future orders.  This is accomplished through timely and effective responses to commercial inquiries and RFQs from OEM Customers, Independent Third Party Distributors, and Regional Sales Team Members as well as routine review of product changes (cut ins, supersedure’s, product cost) and customer demand trends. The Inside Sales Leader works with various sales channel partners to understand and respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, delivery and shipping information. This role also leads the quarterly and annual price review and update process.  This role requires a person who is comfortable with influencing internal and external stakeholders and brings a strong sense of urgency and independence to their work and is highly comfortable working in Oracle ERP, Excel and other software programs.   Essential Responsibilities The Inside Sales Leader – Mining Aftermarket: ·         Is responsible for facilitating timely and complete quote responses to OEM Customers, Independent Third Party Distributors, and Regional Sales Team Members. ·         Is responsible for executing and implementing quarterly and annual price changes within ERP System and communicating changes to customers ·         Is responsible for completing the new part set-up and pricing process when new parts are created or changed as well as reactivating and resetting pricing for inactive parts while maintaining SOX compliance through pricing override tracking, documentation of discounts/adjustments, and audit support. ·         Is responsible for tracking sales performance from assigned accounts and regions. ·         Is responsible for generating weekly tracking metrics to report status towards monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. ·         Is responsible for monthly and quarterly forecasting and planning activities. ·         Administers customer rebate programs and ensure compliance with Support Package and LTA requirements. ·         Is responsible to respond to customer inquiries, identify appropriate replacement parts, validate pricing, coordinate with Fulfillment, Engineering, and Services, and escalate issues as needed. ·         Partner with IT to implement Power BI solutions that reduce manual workload and improve reporting. ·         Administers software license keys and ensures adherence to program policies. ·         Manages tracking of orders and discount programs to ensure contract adherence for customer global accounts, special programs, and critical long-term agreements with major customers ·         Leads demand collaboration initiatives with key customers at a global and regional level. ·         Leads or supports process improvement efforts, analytics tool development, and other efforts that deliver short to long-term value across the Mining business functional areas.   Qualifications / Requirements ·         Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related discipline. ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ·         Strong sense of urgency. ·         Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Oracle or other ERP System. ·         Knowledgeable about topics such as pricing, on-time delivery, customer service, and gross margin.   Desired Characteristics ·         Technical aptitude. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $79100-112800. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
