Clinical Manager – Pediatric Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our pediatric home care team in Erie, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about pediatric care, developing clinicians, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. As a Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our field staff while ensuring our pediatric clients receive exceptional, high-quality care. Highlights - Erie, PA - Monday through Friday opportunity - Paid weekly - Comprehensive benefits package - Career advancement and growth opportunities - Leadership role with meaningful impact on pediatric clients and families - Supportive, collaborative team environment As a Clinical Manager, your day may look like this: - Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care. - Visit pediatric clients throughout Erie, PA and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and provide clinical oversight. - Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation. - Supervise and support nursing staff in the field. - Provide ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and support to field nurses. - Facilitate orientation for newly hired nurses. - Participate in training, education, and in-services for field staff. - Monitor clinical performance, quality of care, and compliance with established standards. - Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team to promote positive outcomes. - Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for pediatric clients and their families. If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be the opportunity for you! - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania. - 2+ years of experience as an RN. - Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred. - Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning. - Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. - Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. - A passion for supporting children and families in the home care setting. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
