Title: Associate Manager PR & Communications Location: Stamford, CT Job Type: Full- Time, Exempt About the Role: The Associate Manager, Public Relations & Communications supports the execution of Curaleaf's external and internal communications strategy. This role is responsible for developing compelling content, managing media and stakeholder communications, supporting executive messaging, and helping strengthen the company's brand reputation across key audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, collaborative partner, and strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. What You’ll Do: - Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and corporate announcements. - Coordinate media inquiries and support proactive media outreach efforts. - Develop internal communications that inform and engage employees across the organization. - Support executive communications, including talking points, presentations, and leadership messaging. - Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations. - Partner with HR, Legal, Government Affairs, Marketing, and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging. - Assist with crisis communications planning and response efforts. - Manage communication calendars and support key corporate initiatives, events, and announcements. - Track and report on communication and PR metrics. What You’ll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. - 4-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related discipline. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Experience working with media outlets and managing external communications. - Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus.
