Full Time Nanny – Lebanon, PA A family in Lebanon, PA 17042, is seeking a flexible, reliable, and adaptable Nanny/Caregiver to provide care for their 3 year old daughter. As parent work schedules fluctuate week to week, the ideal caregiver will be comfortable accommodating a dynamic schedule in a supportive, smoke-free home environment. Schedule: - Due to the parent’s work schedules, they are seeking a caregiver who can be flexible supporting on weekdays and occasional weekends. - The shift times fall between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM (ranging from short targeted shifts such as early morning care, daycare pickup, or evening support to full-day coverage) - 40 hours per week guaranteed Family Specifications: - Smoke-free home environment - Family values adaptability, dependability, and open communication Responsibilities: - Provide attentive childcare tailored to shifting weekly needs, ranging from full-day supervision to partial or split shifts - Safely transport the child, including picking up from daycare and driving to activities or home - Plan balanced meals, prepare food, and manage feeding routines during shifts - Perform light housekeeping, including tidying child-use areas, managing child laundry, and cleaning up after meals and activities Requirements: - Prior nanny, babysitting, or early childcare experience - Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation - Full schedule flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends, early starts (as early as 6:00 AM), or late finishes (up to 7:00 PM) - CPR and First Aid certification preferred Compensation: - $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) - Use of primary family vehicle for job duties, or gas/mileage reimbursement if using personal vehicle All candidates will be subject to a background check.
