AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Dream in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is more than a leasing role. It is an opportunity to build relationships, understand what prospective residents are looking for, and turn interest into signed leases. Learn more about the community here: Dream Apartments What We Offer AIR rewards strong performance with competitive pay and additional earning opportunities: - Base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities with multiple ways to maximize your earnings. - Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease, including: - Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floor plan, better view, etc. - Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase the percentage of total lease value earned per lease. - Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length. - 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community. - Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community. - Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need) to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended. - During this unpaid break, you'll retain your benefits, including your 25% rent discount, while enjoying time to recharge before returning for peak leasing season.What You Will Do - Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and engaging apartment tours. - Identify each prospect’s needs and confidently present the apartment home, amenities, and lease options that best fit them. - Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale. - Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals. - Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the leasing process and keep accurate records of prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR’s leasing systems. - Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction. - Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio. - Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations. Who You Are - Goal-driven: You are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals, not simply completing daily tasks. - Confident in sales conversations: You are comfortable building rapport, asking questions, addressing objections, and asking for the sale. - Competitive and results-oriented: You are energized by conversions, performance metrics, and commission opportunities. - Persistent with follow-up: You understand that successful sales require consistent, timely follow-through with prospective customers. - Customer-focused: You can balance a strong sales mindset with an exceptional customer experience. - Adaptable and accountable: You take ownership of your results, contribute to the team's success, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.What You Have - At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a goal-oriented environment. - A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, leasing, conversion, revenue, or other measurable performance goals. - Experience guiding customers through a sales process, from understanding their needs and presenting solutions to addressing concerns and closing the sale. - Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills. - The ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining timely and consistent follow-up. - Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology. - Availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed. Hours may vary by community and season. - Reliable transportation. - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
