LotusWorks is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support project teams with documentation management, turnover readiness, QA/QC coordination, and commissioning activities within a mission-critical construction environment. The Office Engineer will be responsible for reviewing, tracking, and maintaining project documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to ensure assets and systems are properly documented and ready to progress through L2 and L3 turnover milestones. This role will work closely with contractors, equipment vendors, QA/QC teams, Commissioning teams, and project leadership to identify documentation gaps, coordinate outstanding deliverables, maintain accurate tracking systems, and provide visibility into project readiness. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and document-control skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with construction, commissioning, QA/QC, or turnover documentation. Experience with ACC, Procore, or similar construction management platforms is highly preferred. Responsibilities: - Review and validate documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to confirm L2 and L3 turnover readiness. - Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, properly attributed, and uploaded to the correct assets within ACC. - Review and verify manufacturer and vendor documentation, including: - Startup and pre-startup reports - Inspection and test reports - Equipment certifications - Factory and field testing documentation - QA/QC records - Turnover packages - Equipment-specific documentation - Coordinate with contractors, equipment vendors, QA/QC personnel, Commissioning teams, and project stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete documentation. - Track documentation status and identify gaps or deficiencies that may prevent progression from L2 to L3 turnover milestones. - Maintain Equipment Status Tracking Logs (ESTLs), turnover trackers, document registers, and other project tracking tools to monitor documentation and equipment readiness. - Perform quality reviews of uploaded documentation to ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and turnover requirements. - Verify that required documentation is correctly associated with the appropriate equipment, system, and asset. - Support the development and maintenance of QA/QC and Commissioning dashboards, including document completion percentages, outstanding deliverables, readiness metrics, and gating items. - Monitor documentation and turnover progress and proactively communicate risks, deficiencies, and potential schedule impacts to project teams. - Support issue management by coordinating documentation and supporting evidence required for ACC issue closure and turnover milestones. - Prepare weekly reports, status updates, dashboards, and presentations highlighting documentation completion, outstanding items, risks, and overall readiness for energization, startup, and commissioning activities. - Assist project teams with maintaining accurate asset records and ensuring document control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle. - Support turnover and commissioning teams in maintaining compliance with project-specific documentation and closeout requirements. - Participate in project coordination meetings and provide updates on documentation status, outstanding deliverables, and turnover readiness. - Maintain organized records and tracking systems to provide accurate and timely information to project leadership. - Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: - 2+ years of experience in an Office Engineer, Project Engineer, Document Control, QA/QC, Construction Administration, Commissioning, or similar role within a construction or engineering environment. - Experience working with construction project documentation, equipment records, turnover packages, or commissioning documentation. - Strong proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar construction/document management platforms. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrectly filed documentation. - Experience maintaining document registers, trackers, logs, dashboards, or other project control systems. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, QA/QC personnel, commissioning teams, and project leadership. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
