The Talent Acquisition Manager leads recruiting for our corporate hires and bakery network, building the team, processes, and partnerships needed to hire great people at scale. This role works closely with Operations and functional leaders to translate staffing needs into practical hiring plans.  This is a highly collaborative, business-facing role where you'll own full-cycle recruiting for both field and functional leadership.
