Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: DevOps/SRE Engineer Lead Job Description - Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation - Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements - Actively contribute to a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving - Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team - Provide technical guidance and decision-making support - Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations - Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team Skills Must Have - Technical debt remediation experience - Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving - Technical leadership and decision making - Stakeholder management and communication - Risk and dependency management - Technical planning and prioritization - Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance Nice to Have - Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) - DevOps and automation practices - Enterprise architecture knowledge - Agile/Scrum experience - Metrics and reporting skills - Coaching and mentoring experience - Change management capabilities - Continuous improvement mindset ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
